I’m Dr. Kate Stone, a Buyers Agent with a PhD in Cognitive Science, over a decade in academic research and lecturing, six years in data analytics, and hands-on experience building my own property investment portfolio. I founded this agency to combine my deep analytical skills, passion for real estate, and commitment to helping women achieve financial independence.

Meet Kate Stone
I grew up in a small country town but always knew I was destined for something bigger. I fast-tracked my move to the city to embrace new opportunities and explore the world, including living and travelling throughout Europe, which gave me a deep appreciation for diverse lifestyles, people and places.

Professionally, I began my career in academia, spending over a decade immersed in teaching and research. I earned my PhD in Cognitive Science and worked as a lecturer, where I explored how people make decisions and process complex information, skills that now underpin my strategic approach to real estate.

After transitioning into data analytics, I spent six years analysing trends and insights to support evidence-based decision-making for globally recognised brands. This experience, combined with my own personal journey buying property, led me to launch Kate Stone Property, a Buyers Agency where I now help others find their ideal investment property with clarity, confidence and long-term strategy.
